This policy describes how Trainr (“Trainr,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information on this website. It covers the site at trainrphx.com. A membership, training agreement, or waiver you sign at the gym is separate from this policy.
Who we are

Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us, and a limited amount of technical information needed to run the site.
- Contact and intake details. Name, email address, and phone number when you use a contact form or the quick-contact window.
- Training details you choose to share. Goals, activity level, training history, schedule preferences, coaching preferences, and any notes about injuries, limitations, or health that you include in an intake form.
- Technical information. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. The site also uses cookies required to keep the site working, including a session cookie and a security cookie that helps prevent forged form submissions.
We do not ask you to create a public account to browse the site. Staff sign-in is limited to Trainr administrators.
How we use information
- To reply to your message and follow up about coaching, physical therapy, or a visit.
- To understand the kind of training you are looking for so a coach can respond.
- To operate, secure, and maintain this website.
- To meet legal obligations if we are required to keep or produce records.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the contact forms to build unrelated marketing lists.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the gym and this website:
- With Trainr staff and coaches who need it to respond to your inquiry.
- With service providers that host the website or deliver email, and only so they can perform that work for us.
- With Google when a page loads an embedded map, and with Google when the site loads fonts. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address under their own policies.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Trainr, our clients, or others.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, and Google leave this site. Those services collect information under their own policies once you go there.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary to operate it, such as remembering an admin session and protecting forms. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. An embedded Google Map may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Health and fitness notes
Injury, limitation, and health notes are optional and are used only to respond to your inquiry and prepare for training. This website is not a medical-records system, and sending a form does not create a provider-patient relationship.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and intake submissions for as long as we need them to respond, provide coaching, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, or delete the personal information you sent through this website by emailing michaelvargas@trainrphx.com. You can also stop providing optional details. Some information may remain in backups or records we are required to keep.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small business website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
